These services include all aspects of electric, gas, water/sewer, solid waste and long distance telephone. The initial analysis is then utilized for three purposes (1) to ascertain if the client may be entitled to refunds from each of the utilities, and (2) to ascertain if the client qualifies for a lower utility rate going forward, and (3) to ascertain if the client could benefit from one or more utility savings program.
